The Hauraki Gulf on Auckland's doorstep provides some of the best recreational fishing in New Zealand. The Hauraki Gulf boasts dozens of sheltered islands rich in native bush, with deserted beaches. Try Waiheke Island with its 27 boutique vineyards and sandy beaches fringed by rolling farmland or Kawau Island where one can catch snapper by day, net whitebait by night! Mooring at night in the privacy of sheltered coves. If you have more time then come further North, enjoy a warmer climate, bigger beaches and a selection of sheltered unspoilt anchorages. Whatever your needs we will plan an itinerary that best suits you.
